Questions about plans and the trial

How does the free trial work?

Every paid plan starts with 14 days free. You pick Basic, Starter or Growth, add a card, and use everything in the plan. The first charge is on day 15.

Do I need a card to start?

Yes. You add a card when you start the trial, and nothing is charged during the 14 days. If you cancel before day 15, you pay nothing.

What happens after the trial?

On day 15 your card is charged for the plan you picked, and the plan renews every month. If you cancelled during the trial, nothing is charged and the account moves to Free.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from the app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to Free.

Does ZMODE work in Spanish?

Yes. ZMODE answers each customer in the language they write in, English or Spanish, with the same prices and the same policies.

Does it work with WhatsApp?

Yes, on every plan. ZMODE answers customers on your WhatsApp Business number, books them and tells you when a chat needs you. You can also run your business by chatting with ZMODE on WhatsApp.
