Hi! Are you open Sunday? And how much is a gel manicure?
Ok good. Is there parking? Your street is always full
Perfect. Can I come Sunday around noon? I'd need the removal too.
12:30 please!

WHY IT HAPPENS
Why the same five questions eat your day
None of these questions is hard. That's the trouble. Each one takes a minute, they arrive while your hands are busy, and the answer is always the one you gave yesterday.
01
They come in while you work
A client in the chair, a phone that keeps lighting up. Stopping to type your Sunday hours breaks your focus, and leaving it for later means the person asking may have booked somewhere that replied first.
02
The answer lives in your head
Your prices, your parking tips, what a service comes with: you know it all, but it isn't written anywhere a client can reach at 11 PM. So every new person has to ask, and you have to answer, again.
03
Small answers bury the real ones
When the inbox fills with routine questions, the message that actually needs you, a complaint, a special request, a regular asking for a favor, sits under thirty others and waits longer than it should.
HOW ZMODE FIXES IT
Tell it once, and it keeps answering
ZMODE works from what you give it, in your tone. It doesn't guess, and it knows the difference between a question it can answer and one that belongs to you.
Your information, given once
Write out your hours, your price list, where to park, what each service includes and anything people always ask. ZMODE answers from that on Instagram, WhatsApp and your website chat, at any hour, with the same answer you would give.
Rules become lessons
When you notice an answer should change, say it once in plain words: no walk ins on Saturdays, the lot closes at 7 PM, removal is free with a new set. ZMODE saves it as a lesson and uses it in every chat from then on.
Answers that end in a booking
After the questions comes the real one: can I come in? ZMODE offers your open times right there in the chat, or sends your booking page, so the person who asked about parking leaves with a time.
Only what needs you
Routine answers stay quiet. A question your information doesn't cover, a client who is upset, a request only you can approve: those reach you as a short WhatsApp note, so you answer the few that matter yourself.
Available features depend on your setup, supported channels and location.
WHERE IT SHOWS UP
Where routine questions pile up fastest
Every business with a public price and a front door gets them. In these, the same handful of questions fills most of the inbox.
Nail salons
How much is a gel set, can I bring my own design, do you do pedicures. Those questions arrive while you're mid manicure, and each one is a booking if it gets answered in time.

Are you open Sunday morning, is there parking, do you have a high chair, anything gluten free. Guests ask before they come, often while you're on the line.

What do I bring to my first class, do I need special shoes, how much is the intro ride. New people ask the same things before every beginner class, and they decide fast.

How early should I arrive, what's the difference between the two facials, do I need a deposit. Your therapists are in quiet rooms and can't stop to reply.

Are materials included, how old do kids need to be, what should we wear. Parents ask before every class, and the answer is the same for every seat.

QUESTIONS
Questions about answering the same questions
What do I need to give ZMODE?
Whatever you find yourself typing over and over: your hours, your services and prices, how long things take, where to park, what's included, your deposit rule and how you like to greet people. You can write it out the way you'd explain it to a new assistant on their first day.
What happens when someone asks something my information doesn't cover?
ZMODE doesn't invent an answer. It tells the client it will check, and sends you the question as a WhatsApp note. You reply to the client yourself, and if it's a question that will come up again, you add the answer so ZMODE has it next time.
How do I change a price or my hours?
Tell ZMODE the new price or the new hours, in plain words. From that moment, every answer uses them. You don't have to find and fix old saved replies, because there aren't any.
What's a lesson?
A rule you say once that ZMODE keeps from then on. For example: holiday hours this week are 10 to 2, or never promise same day appointments for color. It applies the lesson in every conversation and offers the closest option that follows it.
Will clients feel like they're talking to a template?
ZMODE answers the question they actually asked, uses their name and keeps your tone, whether that's short and friendly or a bit more formal. It answers two questions in one message when someone asks two, like a person would.
Does it answer in Spanish too?
Yes. ZMODE answers in English or Spanish, in the language the client writes in, with the same prices and the same information.
